  3. Great info. Pretty sure that it was Brett Contreras that talked about the side step hitting the glutes? None the less, it’s like hearing Stu McGill present after reading and practicing his recommendations for several years…. I’m patting myself on the back for “doing it right” and scribbling notes like a mad man on ways to improve what I’m currently doing. Thanks for sharing!
