    Great stuff. Just wondering–have you checked out Kelly Starrett’s Becoming a Supple Leopard? Some of the cues in there I had never heard of like “screwing your feet into the ground” really help create a good stabilization habit for the hip and knee. I was wondering what you thought of it.
