  1. You’ve summed it up nicely, Joshua. Fad diets don’t contain the essential nutrients for good health, and once the diet is stopped the weight lost usually comes back quickly. Eat less, exercise more and the weight will come off.



  2. You are 100% correct Josh. I often try to teach my friends the benefits of intermittent fasting, eating a paleo diet and weight training/bodyweight exercises. It it how I have gotten the low percentage body fat that I have today, which I am proud of. There is one fundamental rule that ties all weight loss strategies together – calories in, calories out!
