  1. Thank you for the references. There is so much information shared online, it really is difficult to weed through it and know what studies are reputable. One thing that baffles me, how do you keep track of all the good reference material? Is there a good app or software program that manages references? I want to have the data to refer to when studying up on an issue. And I heartily concur on the lack of good studies on under active glutes with respect to hamstring injury. As a sprinter and one who works with sprinters this is a constant problem.
